    What is my username and password

    When you login to the Unleash Your Thin membership site for the first time, your username will always be your email you used when you purchased and the default password is healthy.

    How do I access the materials of the program I purchased?

    You will get a confirmation page immediately after your order has been processed that will give you access to the download page. You will also get a confirmation email with the download instructions and links to download the materials of the program you purchased.

    What if I didn’t receive the confirmation page or email, where can I download the materials of the program I purchased?

    No need to worry. All you need to do is email our customer support team at [email protected]. They will look up your order information and give you access to the appropriate products along with download instructions.

    How do I download the materials of the program to my computer?

    To download the materials of the program, you need to go to the download page of each program. On the download page, you will see a download button for each material. To save the material to your computer, right click on the download button and select “Save As” or “Save Link As”. You will be prompted to select a folder to save the files to, we recommend you save it in the My Documents folder or on your Desktop so it’s easier for you to locate them at a later time.

    Is there a minimum system requirement for me to access the programs?

    The materials of the program are all PDF files; you will need the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader to be able to open the materials. If you don’t have an Acrobat Reader, you can download the latest version at http://get.adobe.com/reader/ for free.

    The audio materials of the program are in MP3 format, as long as you have a media player that can play an MP3 file then you should have no problems playing it.

    Can I download the materials of the program to my tablet or e-reader?

    Yes, as long as the device is able to open or view PDF files and has a media player that can open an MP3 file.

    Are the materials available as a physical program?

    Not at this time. All of the components are download only.

    Can the materials be sent directly to me via email instead?

    Yes, you can request the customer support team to send the materials as attachments via email. Please make sure however that your email address can receive emails with larger file attachments as there are several materials of the program. Only materials in PDF files can be sent via email as well, audio files need to be downloaded directly from the download page.
